This project involved demolition of 7,200 SF wing of existing Psychiatric Ward and Design/Build of reconfigured Psychiatric Care Unit in accordance to new Behavioral Guidelines for Construction for Psychiatric Patients. |
| Work consisted of Architectural Program, Design and Construction Drawings, Demolition, Construction of new Patient Rooms and Bathrooms, Nurses Station, Medication Dispensing, Day Room and other support areas. Also, included was Design/Build of Mechanical/Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical for the total wing. |

45% Self-performed 55% Subcontracted This project consisted of an 1,100 SF wood frame and masonry addition to, and remodeling of, the existing Maintenance Facility Building for one of the oldest national cemeteries in the United States. The work included asphalt driveway realignment, excavation and installation of site drainage, site concrete work, excavation and installation of concrete footings and slab on grade, along with structural wood frame and masonry bearing walls with an architectural aluminum storefront feature element. Also included was the upgrading of Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems for the entire building. |
